This is clearly a Riku (Dark mode) sprite from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories redone, you need to try and make things with your own sweat and blood and not to copy and paste and then re-colour it, it's just ripping off the people that took along time to make them.
Saying this for your own good, you can tell you copied it cause their are pixel fragments that are just in the open and flying around, so if you really want to not make that mistake again, keep it as clean as you can, and do not steal from others.
